-cement statue of Jose Rizal-

This is a well-crafted statue of Jose Rizal.
The item is a well-designed image of Jose Rizal the Filipino and angels by Urist McSculptor. Jose Rizal is striking a triumphant pose. The angels are making a plaintive gesture. The artwork relates to the ascension of Jose Rizal to the position of national hero of the Philippine Islands in the early winter of 1896.

I'm not sure how that spoon counts as "hidden;" he's holding it right in his tail.

  1. Clearly, Westerville needs more statues. We have enough spoons.
